RUMOR ABOUT ADAM LEVINE
Adam Levine is quickly becoming one of Hollywood's most outspoken supporters of same-sex marriage.
The Maroon 5 frontman and "Voice" co-host talks at length about the subject in a new interview, arguing that "people should be allowed to succeed and fail at marriage as they so desire."
"It's just so silly and it doesn't make any sense to me that you wouldn't be able to marry whomever you want to marry. It's not our business," he tells PrideSource. "I don't know why we're obsessed with making everything in this country our business, all the time. It seems we're a little behind on that, and we just need to make it legal and stop caring so much. It doesn't matter. And it shouldn't matter."
Though the 33-year-old Levine previously spoke to Out magazine about his openly gay brother, he insists his stance on LGBT rights and marriage equality would remain the same if that weren't the case. "I don't think I would feel any differently if he happened to be straight," he said. "The relationships that I have with people -- whether it's my brother or a friend, gay or straight -- that shouldn't really ever come into play. Someone's sexual preference is their sexual preference. Let's move on."
Preparing for his debut on "American Horror Story," Levine also revealed a few tidbits from the set. "I'm having a blast and obviously Ryan [Murphy] is amazing and so passionate and so cool...it's a really special show to be a part of, and it's been really fun and I'm very excited to see the results," he said.
Still, Maroon 5 fans might be a tad disappointed to learn that Levine may not be going the Dylan McDermott route, and that his now-trademark abs might not be on display too much throughout the show. "I don't think I'll be getting naked on the show," he revealed. "There's no nudity for me. But you'll see: It's definitely interesting."

PJ Morton (born as Paul Morton Jr.) is an American Grammy Award-winning writer and producer as well as a solo artist who is currently the stand-in keyboardist in pop-rock group Maroon 5. A New Orleans native, Morton’s feel-good, soulful pop music tells stories about life and love. On March 27, 2012, PJ released his first solo project, the free EP entitled "Following My First Mind", on Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment. The lead single, “Heavy”, features Adam Levine, the lead singer of Maroon 5 and NBC’s The Voice coach. Other guest artists on the EP include Lil Wayne, Jazmine Sullivan and Chantae Cann. PJ is currently working on his debut full-length album.
Born into the richly melodic soil of New Orleans, PJ recalls a musically inspired upbringing where his talents were eagerly nurtured. Though encompassed in a gospel environment, he was also strongly influenced by pop icons The Beatles and James Taylor, but equally moved by soulful legends Stevie Wonder and Donny Hathaway. These diverse persuasions shaped PJ’s growth as a musician and propelled him to find his own artistry.
After winning a Grammy for his songwriting and production of India Arie’s “Interested", PJ went on to win Dove and Stellar awards in 2008. His collaboration with gospel croonerDeWayne Woods resulted in a huge career high. The testimony PJ articulated in “Let Go, Let God” catapulted up the charts for a record seventy weeks and garnering numerous awards and accolades, most importantly bringing PJ’s early influences full circle. PJ was also noticed by Oscar Award-winning composer AR Rahman (Slumdog Millionaire). AR tapped PJ to contribute “Sajna” to the soundtrack and movie for the Vince Vaughn comedy Couples Retreat. PJ has also produced and written for noteworthy and platinum artists such as Jermaine Dupri, LL Cool J, Jagged Edge, Monica, India Arie, gospel superstar Fred Hammond and Heather Headley. In 2009, PJ ventured into the literary world, publishing a book entitled "Why Can't I Sing About Love?". The book ruminates on the idea that sacred church music and non-sacred secular music about love can come from the same place if you subscribe to the belief that God is Love and Love is God.

Maroon 5 is an American pop-rock band from Los Angeles, California. While they were in high school, lead vocalist and guitarist Adam Levine, keyboardist Jesse Carmichael, bass guitarist Mickey Madden, and drummer Ryan Dusick formed a garage band called Kara's Flowers and released one album in 1997.
